Pros trying to conceive but have low progesterone

Hi.. i have pcos. My husband and I are trying to conceive our 2nd baby. I've started on femera to help ovulate webt for 21 day blood work the other day. Just got a call saying I have low progesterone and I have to follow back up with the doctor. Has anyone else had this issue? If so what did the doctor do?
