Plus size mama question
I am 5’8” and 260 pounds. When you got pregnant what were some things your doctor said you could or couldn’t do with exercise? I don’t want to overdo it and hurt baby but I was trying to lose weight before I got pregnant and just don’t want to stop if there is a healthy way to do it with a baby on board.
