Naively thought that trying to conceive with borderline PCOS might actually not be too difficult. Doctors said my symptoms weren’t too bad and as I’d had a baby before I’d probably be ok. Felt so positive this month would be my month as my opks had done exactly as they were supposed to. Was 9dpo and doing my TWW when I call to get some blood results and the receptionist casually tells me my bloods suggest it’s unlikely I’ve actually ovulated this month. I have 50 day cycles so I’ve been opk testing for the best part of 4 weeks so as not to miss it, BDing on a regular basis only to find it was all for nothing 😭😭😭 Safe to say I had a good cry this afternoon
