How often do you and your SO have sex?

Just trying to see if it's odd or normal that my husband and I only have sex about once a month. We use to all the time when we were just dating and it seems like once we got married it just.. stopped.

We have sex like once a week, sometimes less. If you’re both okay with it, then it’s not a problem. Some people just aren’t as sexual as others. 🤷🏼‍♀️

When we are stressed, it's hard to be in the mood. When we were trying to get pregnant, that was the most we had sex, and it was like 3x a week for 2 months. Before that, I hated my job and was really depressed so it was probably one or two times a month, and we may have skipped a month or two in between that. We used to have sex multiple times a week when we were dating too. As long as you're both openly communicating your wants with one another, normal is whatever you both agree on. Plus, there are other ways to be intimate without being sexual. Sometimes just holding each other for 30sec-1min can release those pleasure hormones (especially in a hot shower), talking and laughing with one another and creating or reminiscing inside jokes can make you feel closer to each other. Don't worry about the frequency of sex as compared to others. All couples are different, all people are different.

Normal is relative; as long as neither of you feel frustrated I wouldn't worry.
Honestly we were once or twice a month for a bit there. 
We started to more frequently now because we are TTC.. but condomless sex is definitely a motivating factor too  ;)

We try once a week. We have a 2 year old that we are trying to get out of the bed. We both work, I telework (office 1-2 days a week) now and watch my daughter and I cook, clean, laundry, run errands...I'm exhausted. He hasn't said anything so I hope it's ok. He comes home tired too but if he gives me signs 👍 lol we figure it out.
