Corona? Stomach bug?

Symptoms of toddler with covid?

Our two year old had diarrhea and vomiting yesterday and today was clammy, upset, just wanted to be held and very sleepy during the day then around 715 just came down with a 103 fever. He is getting tested tomorrow but I want to hear what other moms of kids with the virus experienced.. hoping he does not have it and it is just a stomach bug of some sort.
