Well my uterus feels very sore ever since I found out I was pregnant. In the second trimester now, around the time you're supposed to start feeling movement. I'm a bit worried because my uterus hurts even when my bladder is full, so will the baby kicking be painful?

Sometimes I get sharp painful cramps in the front where the uterus is and I think hey what if that's the baby and this is how it's always going to be like :(
