I have been having really bad heartburn I ran out of tums and bought these instead I just looked them up and it said they are bad for pregnant women I already had 3. Should I be worried

You should be okay, I just wouldn't take them anymore. Grab some regular tums while you're out again. 
Melatonin isn't considered on the "safe list" for pregnant women. 
You might get some really great sleep tonight though, so enjoy that! 😂😂❤️
