PCOS and Pregnancy

I was diagnosed with PCOS when i was 15 and i know that sometimes with PCOS comes infertility. My boyfriend and i want to start trying for a baby soon and it will be my first kid and of course first time ever trying. I’ve never been to anyone to see about infertility and i was just curious as to how common infertility in women with PCOS is and/or if it’s difficult to get pregnant with PCOS even if you are fertile. Any other advice along the lines of conceiving or pregnancy is much appreciated as well!!
