I did both. Disposable underwear for the first few days to about a week. Then switched to jumbo pads for a week and then a regular pad for the next two weeks. And in the hospital they will give you those bed protectors you sit on that are disposable. Ask for a few extra to bring home. Will save your couch and bed! You will be glad you did!!

Both! First week in Depends was great. I didn’t have to worry about ruining my underwear. Then two weeks of a thicker pad. Then a week of a medium/light pad and then liners until you don’t need then anymore.

I personally hated disposables, especially the mesh underwear everyone raves about. I felt like I was going to leak everywhere. I liked having the massive pads in regular underwear because I knew it wouldn’t be slipping anywhere. Everyone is different, it’s best to be prepared with options!

Whatever you're comfortable with. I did both for maybe the first few days, but then just switched to pads. But that's just what I felt more comfortable with. Get both and try them after and see what you prefer.

Both! I used what the hospital gave me first, then used the disposable underwear by Frida mom. Those were amazing and super comfy. Then I just used normal Always pads.

I wore diapers. I really never bled a ton, but I liked the fit and convenience of the diapers better. I really hate pads and the way they bunch up and diapers didn’t do that. I had stitches in weird spots that pads wouldn’t have been able to cover or would’ve fit weird. The diapers were just way more comfortable for me.

I wore the disposable underwear for the first week or so and once the flow slowed switched to pads! I had too much going on in the beginning with a newborn that having to worry about also bleeding through a pad or my clothes, just wasn’t something I wanted to have to constantly think about. I’ll be doing the same this pregnancy!
