Things to help with constipation
Okay so I was getting extremly constipated during this pregnancy and decided to switch up my diet and its helped so much. I made a list of things I eat/drink throughout the day thats been helping.
Frosted mini wheats
Blackberries
Raspberries
Grapes
Apples
Blueberries
Strawberries
Bananas
Increase in water intake
Cranberry juice
Apple juice
Tea with honey instead of sugar
Tablesspoon of honey
Coffee
1-2 hour walks every evening
Small exercises (squats, donkey kicks, hip thrust, etc.)
Cereal bars that are high in fiber
Oatmeal
These are things I use as of now and has helped tremendously and I hope it helps others too! A lot of the time I'll take all (or some) of the fruit and make a fruit sald with it.
