Get up every morning and shower right away so you can wash away any yuck you are feeling! Also, don't set your daily bar too high, it's okay to do nothing. Just relax, breathe and work on you.

Try rewriting your CV when you're feeling down about yourself. You can't add in anything bad. Look at what you've done in your life (doesn't matter how much or little) and remind yourself of you positive traits. If you're self-conscious about your appearance, notice how body image isn't included... love yourself for the good things. A lot of the time the bad things we think of ourselves are due to the way others have reacted or opinionated views which are unnecessary. You're the one you have to live with 100% of the time. Treat yourself like the person you love the most as that should be you. Healthy mind healthy soul.
