Depression
So I’ve been depressed since I was around 7/8 years old and I’ve been fighting it and fighting it but after my recent breakup and corona I just haven’t been as resilient as usual and I sought out a therapist. But tbh talking about my problems that I’ve tucked away for so long really really really just makes me feel worse and I honestly have lived with it for so long idk what life is without it. Does depression ever get better? Can it be “cured” because idk anymore
