Ladies this is baby #4 for me. So I’m experienced but still have to reach out for words or wisdom from currently or recently pregnant moms.

Do you experience contractions that’s stop you in ur tracks? I mean not the real deal, not super painful but strongly uncomfortable!

Today my 20week mark. Yesterday I was quite active! No contractions yesterday... but today I’ve had MANY ! I’ve already emailed my doc.. waiting on response. I did request to be seen. But to stop my brain from going crazy I thought I’d come here. Any suggestions on how to calm my uterus lol .. I’m having some back cramps tonight after the last contraction. So I’m in bed resting !
