Crib in the morning ?

My baby sleeps in a bedside bassinet in our room. But I’m thinking about putting her in her crib after her 5am feeding. Her room is darker in the daytime and I think she might sleep better. 
Has anyone else tried this? Did baby do ok with it?

It worked! She slept from 5:50-8:20 in her room! No waking from Dad’s alarm or the sun coming in! 🙌🏻

I did that before fully transitioning her to her room. I’d put her I’m down for her naps in the crib. I say give it a try.

When my daughter was still in our room, I’d put her down for naps in her room because it was darker and to get her used to sleeping there.  It worked well.
