Bumps on back of tongue

So I have bumps like this on the back of my tongue. Done research and apparently it’s nothing to worry about as it’s normal. Sometimes when I drink I feel like my throat is closing up.. Sometimes I wonder if it’s when I brush my tongue and irritate it so they get bigger. Just wondering if anyone has these and what they use to help?
