My 10wk old has had a nasty time with colic and due to that Tummy Time has been almost completely neglected. Not only is it hard to catch calm alert times to put him on his tum, we're also loathe to do it as the times he is quiet and happy we hate to ruin it by doing something we know will upset him. Dr says he's behind in TT and we really need to focus more on it. I am worried he may not be physically progressing enough but I don't know how to really incorporate it more when he has such fussy days. Help? I'm a new mom and already stressed and disheartened having a poor little guy with colic, now I'm stressed and guilty that he may be behind. Do any of you have this same struggle?
