Ovulation peak?

Hello! I'm 4 months pp, and before I got pregnant with my son I used methods to prevent pregnancy. I'm trying to get back into the swing of that after my son. I'm a little bit over 4 months pp, I havent had my period back either. I know when I was first pregnant with my son these test strips was dark as all get out, (googled to find that they can pick up the pregnancy hormone) took this ovulation test this morning for it to show the line immediately. Could this be a indication that I might be pregnant again??? Currently over thinking everything, once my husband gets home from work to watch my son I'm going to get a test. The first pic is right after I took it and the 2nd is at the 3 min mark
