Does this sunflower lecithin help with unclogging milk ducts?

I think I have clogged ducts. My milk supply decreased fast and my boobs are painful. I’ve tried hot showers and massaging and nothing works. This has TONS of good reviews has anyone tried it and liked it?

Yes its good, I use the liquid version as I take 3 pills morning and night so I run out fast  so I got the liquid sunflower lecithin.  I get pretty bad ducts if I don't take a good bit of the lecithin 😐

I'm pretty sure it works by preventing clogged ducts, not unblocking.
