Work or stay home??? Dk what to do

My little one is 5 weeks old. And currently my fiancé is working and I’m staying home. I have a good career as a paramedic but on maternity leave right now. I won’t to stay home for a year and not go back to work my fiancé is all on board this was our plan. But now I’m like should I go to work so my little one sees that momma can both work and be a great parent to her. I want to stay home but I also want to be a great role model and show my kiddo that you can work and be a good mother. I love my career and don’t want to give it up permanently just temporarily. I feel if I go back to work I’m doing wrong by her by leaving her while I work when I have the option to stay home because my fiancé makes enough. Any advice ladies? Is it best to stay home? Should I go back to work after 12 weeks to be a good role model? This is my first and will be my only I want to make the best decision.
