Bartholin cyst testimonial please🥴

So I got a bartholin cyst two weeks ago (start). I’ve had them before but this one was huge and literally more painful that child birth. So I eventually went and had it drained (or so I thought). They only used a needle and I still had a lump but I didn’t know what to expect so I thought maybe that was normal. Legit came back within a day even worse. So after 5 hours at the ER I got it drained completely (they actually cut it open). They put in a word catheter but it fell out when I got home🙄so we went all the way back and they said just to try to keep it open for 24 hours. I think I did it (I heal quick) so I went to se my gyn today and she said she can still feel my gland (it’s flat and squishy) and she gave me the option to see if there anything left to drain and put in the cath again or just let it be (which makes me think maybe she’s not that worried) So my question is what have other people gone through? Anyone had a successful drain and no return?🤞🏻🤞🏻
