I’m 22 and just at the stage of life I don’t wanna be in a relationship but kinda wanna just have a casual relationship with guys is this a bad thing. I am 22 I am smart I use condoms and also on birth control. Some of my friends have negative opinions on this but I’m just not ready for another relationship I just want fun is that bad ?

Date...... no. Sleep around yes its wrong. Your vagina is not a play toy or just source of pleasure. It should be handled with proper responsibility. You could get pregnant or incurable stds...... and a “fun time” is not worth the risk. I would suggest you date and get to know yourself and about men but refrain from sexual activity. Save that for when you are either married or in a serious monogamous commited relationship where u have properly vetted and screeened the man, his character, integrity, mental health, stability, and sense of life responsibility... and even then use birth control. Too many women out her finding stds, pregnant and abandoned, struggling single mothers or sad because abortions.... when it boils down to choices and consequences.

It’s all about balance. It’s not “bad”, but definitely don’t go all out. Be safe and smart about it, as it sounds like you intend to be. While it’s fine to have fun, still try to be mindful of who you are giving your energy to. You can have fun and still have good, causal chemistry with someone.

I went through a phase like that around your age and while I did learn a lot about myself and my sexuality I also ended up getting chlamydia, which may have contributed to the ectopic pregnancy I had earlier this year. Just know there can be long term consequences to slip ups.

I think there’s a point where it becomes bad. 
There’s nothing wrong with not wanting a committed relationship right out of high school/college. If you’re sleeping with a couple different guys at the same time, as long as they aren’t expecting faithfulness from you who cares as long as you’re taking precautions? 
I think it becomes an issue when you’re sleeping with multiple different guys per day, that’s getting into sex addiction. Sex shouldn’t be the majority of your life. 
Also remember that condoms don’t 100% protect you from STD’s. It’s smart to ask your partner about their sexual history. If he’s raw-dogging everything with a vagina, it’s best to stay away.
