Can you tell a difference in my weight loss or is it all in my head.
Recently I went back home after around 2 months of Quarantine at my apartment. And I’ve been running everyday and switched to a full vegan diet. It’s only been 2 months and I don’t know if it’s just me trying to feel better but, can you tell a difference? I’m wearing the same shirt for reference in both. I think it may be just the angles and the mirror.
