1. On my last couple days of my period usually I’m very light and can sometimes get away with just using a liner, so on those day’s should I still wear my diva cup or put in a liner?

2. Do I need to use a soap between each time I change is during the day or can I just rinse it with water but then just wash it was a proper soap and boil it at the end of my period?

3. Any tips on getting it out that you’ve learned from experience? I’m on my 4th day of using it and I will usually pull the stem down until I can grab the base of the cup but this method kinda hurts my fingers because I’ll try pulling the stem but my hands will slip off of it multiple times before I can grab the base
