That a lymph node will swell up?

I don’t have a cold or anything like that....

And one of my lymph nodes under chin is swollen. Ever since I noticed it, I can’t stop touching it and comparing it to the other side. This side is much bigger. Feels like a grape. You can also see it by just looking at my neck. I am automatically thinking I have lymphoma now and I can’t stop crying. Can’t get into a doctor until 3 weeks from now.

Plz people, share your stories to ease my mind.
