I got home from errands yesterday after being out all day, weather was sticky hot. I changed and looked down at my underwear in horror...It looks like I got a yeast infection again! Ugh..I had one last month but thought it went away after I took a 150mg tablet of fluconazole!! Idk what to do to find a solution to end this. I’m avoiding tight pants and taking probiotic supplements every day that’s meant for vaginal health. Any tips would be helpful. The doctor was NOT helpful and I don’t want to keep taking fluconazole.
