help! how the hell do i relieve the itching from a yeast infection

so i’ve been suffering from chronic yeast infections (1-2 every month) since last october. i’ve seen my obgyn multiple times and my paps are normal and i have tested negative for all STIs. i started taking a daily probiotic and am very careful to take good care of my vagina. still, no changes. i’m frustrated and i’m not even able to sleep right now because it’s so unbearably itchy. i have OTC micronazole cream that’s supposed to relieve the itching, but it seems to only make the itching worse? anybody have a suggestion for quick itch relief????
