Capsule stuck in my throat
Is it just me or does anyone here feels like the capsule's stuck in their throat after swallowing. Like every time I swallow I feel something. What to do? I dont want to vomit lmao. Ive been eating grapes and nothings happening, I mean i can swallow them but i dont feel like the capsules going down lmao
