Does anyone have time for working out or maintaining diet?

After delivery, I lost more weight than I did the entire pregnancy and I was so proud my belly shrunk to almost nothing. I promised myself I’d be more “active”, first week I ran around the house doing every chore possible while juggling the kid and walked every few hours holding my son on our backyard. Then, my husband insisted to buy me all the junk food possible so I can finally relax from maintaining diet for gestational diabetes. Ever since I’ve been munching on chocolates (a huge bag from Costco) , baked cakes and cookies few times and having greasy snacks every evening 🤦🏻‍♀️ now I’m 8 weeks postpartum and have a huge popped out belly 😭 I feel so weak and hungry all the time. Baby got incredibly clingy and doesn’t let me do anything so my husband serves me breakfast in bed every morning and mother-in-law would mostly cook lunches and dinners 😬 . Don’t even know how 8 weeks slipped by and I didn’t realize what I’ve done to my body. I even bought a postpartum belly wrap but haven’t worn it once 😒 ... life is getting crazier and I can’t really keep track of days or nights anymore, it feels like one long day! I am in need of some motivation to take back control of my body and eating habits. I am sure I have foolishly given myself diabetes but too scared to test for confirmation.

If anyone is maintaining their diet and/or working out religiously while taking care of their baby full time, I need your routine and some inspirational talk! 🙏
