Pushing poop out problems?

I have such a hard time going number 2. I need to push so much to go, and sometimes it gets stuck. Anyone else? I am scared I may have an issue.

This sounds like it could be a rectal prolapse. Prolapses are very common with childbirth and most can be treated through physical therapy. Some estimates say as many as half of women end up with at least one prolapsed organ after childbirth. I myself have a bladder prolapse as well as a uterine prolapse. It is uncomfortable but PT is helping. Your Ob should be able to look at it for you. It could also just be constipation. You could see if miralax helps.
