I hooked up with this guy and then 4 weeks later I found out I have chlamydia. He’s the last guy I slept with, and he didn’t wear a condom, so I’m 99.9% positive it’s him. He still wants to hook up but until I know he’s actually clean I’m not seeing him. How do I go about messaging him to let him know?
