little bumps that look like pimples ??

does anyone else get little hard lumps like .... cysts almost around your labia and stuff??? nothing really comes out if it’s squeezed... they’re not pimples, they’re not itchy, and it’s not an std because i’ve had them since before i was sexually active in any sense and idk what they are ?? but i also get them in other places on my body like my armpits and sometimes my upper arms? i just get extra self conscious about my bumpy labia lol is this normal/any clue what it could be??? i don’t want to see a doctor abt it bc i don’t have health insurance and i’m not financially stable enough to comfortably pay for a visit if its not worth it. help!!
