Missed period + Birth control

so i had protected sex (condom and pull out) about a month ago a few days after my period finished. a month later i still didn’t get my period so i took a test and it came out negative, a few days after that i started birth control for the very first time and i still haven’t gotten my period, idk why i’m afraid i might be pregnant but i haven’t had a single symptom of my period nor pregnancy. so.. is this all normal or nah?
