does anyone know what this is? i regularly wash down there around the outside with unscented soap so i have no clue what it is. it doesn’t smell great either and it is itchy sometimes

edit: how would i treat it at home? i really don’t want to go to the doctor about this because i’m 17 and i’m really self conscious about how ‘down there’ looks and ik they’ll have seen everything and they could provide professional health but for me, it isn’t an option at all. also it doesn’t matter about the cost for the doctors bc i’m from the UK so i don’t have to directly pay whenever i go to the doctors
