I have another UTI and was prescribed Nitrofurantn 100mg

This is my 3rd UTI this pregnancy so now they prescribed me Nitrofurantn has anyone been prescribed this and it’s been safe!? I don’t understand why I keep getting UTIs. I never get them. Now I have had 3! I’m scared.
