Pregnant miscarriage stressed

So I have never experienced anything like this cycle is usually heavy once it starts. 1. I was 14 days late 2. Didnt have a cycle in july, june was off the normalcy but 3. I was spotting for the first 3 days, the 4th day I work up and I was in a pile of blood after that it was medium throughout the day then spotting til Monday so basically I went from normal of 4-5 to 8 days. Should I be concerned? Prior to starting I had sex so idk. I just want to know if I should be concerned....
