Im 6 dpo excruciating cramps

Im 6dpo and have been having reallly bad cramping/ sharp shooting pain since 4dpo. It was so bad i could barely walk 4dpo,5 dpo i felt sore and 6 dpo we had sex and cramping returned. Feels like a stiff uterus too, wat could this be? If it wasn’t for covid id go to the hospital?! Help, anyone experience this? 😭
