Pain in between periods

I’ve had my iud in for almost a year. I have the paragard and we’ll to make a long story short I got on a regular period cycle four or five months after it was inserted. (I got it right after having a baby and I didn’t have my period come back yet until month three of having the iud). So, fast forward to now and I’m cramping in between periods like throbbing cramps with headaches, I am constantly exhausted, my lower back hurts, it feels like I’m on day two of my period but everyday. I’m supposed to have my period on the 26th and I’ve been dealing with all of this since Aug. 3rd which was around two weeks after my last period. Has anyone ever experienced this? Is it normal? Should I be worried? Before this month I haven’t dealt with this much pain even during most periods on the paragard. Help
