Did I miss my surge?

I started using pregmate OPKs on CD 20 to see if it was consistent with what my clearblue digital opk was saying. Clearblue digital has indicated high LH (blinking smiley) CD 17- CD 23 (today) but you can see below that my pregmate strips are showing something different.

My questions are:

1. Could I have possibly surged before I even started testing with the pregmate strips

2. Could I have missed my surge in the 10 hour span between the last two tests?
