Side effects of SSRIs (Setraline)

Hi I was on setraline for 2 months and I noticed that when I would try to masturbate I clit felt completely numb but I had no idea that it was the medication since my doctor never told me about that side effect. I googled why my clit might be numb and I found out that SSRIs may be the reason. I told my doctor and she told me to stop taking them, 1 month later my clit was still numb but then I could masturbate and just orgasm... that’s it, there was no built up pleasure. Now 3 months later I can touch my clit and it feel it, not as sensitive as before but I can feel something, and when I masturbate sometimes I have built up pleasure sometimes I don’t, will it continue to improve and has anyone experienced this? Also my nipples aren’t as sensitive I just noticed this as well.
