Baby Carriers...HELP!!!

Question

What is the best baby carrier you ladies can recommend?
I purchased the ergobaby 360, but I don’t think I like it. Either I’m not using it correctly, or I’m too petite in size for it to properly fit my body. I’ve literally tighten every strap and it still sags. Not to mention the material isn’t very soft and the shoulder straps are pretty bulky. And I can barely even reach behind me to click the shoulder straps together, all while trying to hold my baby and keep him from falling at the same time... 😑 
Is there a baby carrier that fits petite women well? Something comfortable and easy to figure out. I also had tried a moby wrap, but that’s just too difficult to even deal with...

Have you looked into a wrap? Or maybe I’m between like this one where the material is like a wrap

I owned this one and a Pognae. Loved both but not sure if Pognae is still in business in USA. I am not petite, but my cousins who is petite gave me the baby bjorn and we both LOVED that carrier. It’s super comfy and easy to use. The Pognae is made for petite mamas, but it fit me too, I loved it. It’s a little harder to get on/off than the baby bjorn, but still a great and slightly more affordable option.

Not sure how old your babe is but the one you have has an infant insert that helps a lot for young babies to be snug in there

This is what we’re using. I think it’s pretty simple, the patterns are cute, and the design feels really secure. Baby was born at 5lbs so I haven’t used it yet but I can’t wait to try it.
