Diastasis recti advise
Has anyone in alberta, Canada specifically, had diastasis recti surgery? I know you can do exercises to help but I want 2 more kids and believe ill need surgery after so im trying to prepare my options ahead of time so I know what to expect and plan for. As far as i can tell its not covered by the health care here sadly. Just wondering everyones experiences.
