Late period of implant

Okay so I got my implant almost a month ago. I had sex with my boyfriend about 13 days after I got my implant. My period is late which they said will happen but it’s 4 days late and he did cum inside me once. I have a fear that I am pregnant even tho they says full protection is after the 7 days. Am I just freaking out orrrr????
