Implantation bleeding and cramps

Hi all!

So ive always been really regular, like my period comes on the day its due. We had sex almost everyday of my ovulation window and a week or so after ovulating I started getting light cramps everyday (which isnt normal for me) and I got pink spotting which lasted a day. I took 2 tests but it was probably too soon? They were negative. Period is supposed to start tomorrow, does this sound like early pregnancy? Im scared of being disappointed ...
