Itchy throat during pregnancy?

Okay, so I don't know if I'm pregnant or not, but I've been having very light spotting that's been light pink colored for the last 3-4 days, period was due yesterday and never came, am not having normal PMS symptoms but am experiencing some other symptoms that could be related to pregnancy. 
I tested yesterday and it came out negative but I know until AF is here, I'm not out. 
I was curious if you guys had worse allergies when you got pregnant and if you experienced itchy throat? 
My allergies have been awful!!! And I notice my throat itches a lot when I sneeze and am congested and sniffly. 
A little help would be greatly appreciated. 
What were your experiences? And how late did you find out you were pregnant?

I’m currently 9dpo and had very light pink spotting last night that I only noticed once. I haven’t tested yet as AF isn’t due for another 5 days. But, I’ve also been sneezing, have had a runny nose throughout the day/night, congestion, and this nagging feeling in my throat for about 4-5 days now. I know it’s not my allergies because I’d feel that in my head, too. Sorry if this isn’t much help I just thought I’d share my similar experience! Fingers crossed for both of us!
