Heavy Period

Hi guys ,

So I have had a heavy period since I started getting my period in 7th grade. I’m 25 now. I was on Birth control up until about 2 years ago for it to control the bleeding. My boyfriend and I are trying to get pregnant which is why I stopped using it. It’s only been about 3 months since we started baby dancing. My cycle is normally 21-22 days and I’ll have my period for about 7-8 days. Is heavy bleeding a reason I may not be getting pregnant? I take ovulation tests each month and am ovulating. I just don’t know if I should go see a fertility doctor? My biggest fear is not being able to get pregnant. Any advice helps :)
