Leave Question

I’m trying to figure out leave. Luckily I live in NY so I have some paid leave but I wanted to hear what other people did? I am having twins, too. How long before you gave birth did you start your leave? Did you use sick time? Any other NY moms who can give details about their experiences? Any help would be much appreciated!
