Bleeding?

Question

I spotted for two weeks since then i have had sore boobs and cramps ive had so about 2 weeks now cramping just started monday. My ob nurse said having it for 4 months i should have these symptoms.. 
Should i take a test? 
Also getting it out Tuesday so should i wait a request a test while im there??

Those symptoms can honestly happen at any given time while u have Nexplanon, but especially in the first 6 months. I’m in the last few months of my second implant, so almost 6 years I’ve using Nexplanon & I still experience those symptoms, it’s completely normal!! As long as the implant isn’t expired (which obviously yours isn’t if u have only had it 4 months) then there’s no reason to be worried about pregnancy, as it’s 99.9% effective. But, u can test anyway for reassurance, if u want.
