I’ve been on the depo shot for a year now. I do bleed but not heavily just daily spotting. It’s really messes with me cause its so unpredictable. It’s creating an issue with sex. My boyfriend actually threw it in my face during an argument before that when I want sex he gives it but when he tries to initiate it I always can’t because “I have something going on”. He knows I’m the shot and it’s cons. Is there a way naturally that I can reduce the bleeding more?
