My partner has a daughter who is nearly 4 and is currently still married to vilest person I've ever come across.

Tonight they had an argument because his wife couldn't get the daughter to go to sleep and the arguments escalated and she told my partner that she is gonna come after us for the house that we are buying.

If she files for a divorce, can she get money from the home that he is buying with me 3 years after they separated?

It's taken us so long to save the deposit for this home and if she tries to ruin this for us I'll be devastated! 💔
