Wondering about Ex

Is it bad to wonder about your ex? I’m married and every blue moon I wonder how my ex turned out in life... I certainly don’t love him or miss him. But I had a traumatic relationship with him he basically brain washed me.. I was very young and sometimes I still wonder if he every became a better person or what he’s doing.. idk why I still think of him and like I said it’s not often not daily, weekly or even monthly I just wonder sometimes ...
